The literary magazine: Typewrite’s unique monthly contest
A unique way to self publish is by submitting through literary magazines. Fortunately, Typewrite has a new contest every month and an annual digital anthology comprised of this years top submissions.
How to submit:
To submit, you must visit the ‘guidelines’ page first, which you can access by hitting one of the buttons below. From there, you can also visit ‘the submit page’ once you finally understand how it works. There is a word limit and it is open to writers of ages 13-19, however there is some leeway, if you are about to turn thirteen or just turned twenty. On the guidelines page, you will also find that month’s prompt so it is extremely crucial you visit that page before submitting.
Required:
In order to submit, you also must vote on the last month’s contest. Voting is below as well. Voting is a feature particularly unique to Typewrite, and all the submissions are chosen in a community based process.
